STORE POLICIES

All sales are final. Fifi Runn will allow unused merchandise to be exchanged for a different size within 15 days of the purchase date or to be returned for store credit. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of the issuance.

Fifi Runn cannot be responsible for normal wear and tear damage.

However, the buyer assumes all risks and liabilities that are associated with any collar. Fifi Runn collars are not meant for tie out. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether Fifi Runn collars are safe and suitable for their dogs' needs.
